The database contains all the information about your customers, including their names, contact details, visit counts, purchase history, and more. Accessing this data is quick and easy through the dashboard.
In your Yalt Dashboard, go to the "Clients" menu.
Click on the "CRM" option.
You will see your customer database along with their details.
Click on the customer you wish to view to access their profile for more detailed information, such as Purchases, Points, Rewards, and more.
