Making Your Business Location Visible in the mobile App

To have your business location appear in the client mobile app, it must meet specific criteria to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience. Here are the requirements your business location must satisfy to be visible to customers in the app: 1. Upload a Logo and an Image Visual representation is key to attracting customers. To ensure your business location is appealing and recognizable, it must have a logo and at least one image uploaded: - Logo: Upload a clear and distinctive logo that represents your brand. This helps customers quickly identify your business among others. - Image: Include an engaging, high-quality image of your business location or products. A good image showcases what your business offers and entices customers to learn more. The image must not be an image of food. 2. Mark the Location as Active For a business location to appear in the client app, it must be marked as "active" in the dashboard: - Dashboard Access: Log into your account dashboard and navigate to the locations section. - Activate Location: Select the desired location and set its status to "active" to ensure it appears in the app. 3. Ensure the Chain is Not Disabled If your business is part of a larger chain, the chain itself must not be disabled. Clients Tab: Top Clients In the Clients tab, you can now view your Top Clients based on two important metrics: - Points: See which clients have earned the most points through your loyalty program. - Rewards: Identify the clients who have redeemed the most rewards. 4. Sales Tab: New Insights In the Sales tab, we’ve introduced several new data points to provide a comprehensive overview of your sales performance: - Top Clients by Sales: View your top-performing clients based on their total sales. - Sales Amount: Get a snapshot of your overall sales volume. - Average Basket: Track the average amount your clients spend per transaction. - Top Transactions: Review your highest-value transactions for deeper insight into client purchasing behaviors.
