Yalt's stamp program is a straightforward and digital way to reward your customers for their loyalty.

With each purchase, customers earn a stamp on their Yalt virtual card. Once they collect a specified number of stamps (for example, 8 or 10), they receive a reward—such as a free product, a discount, or another benefit.

Stamps are automatically recorded in the system, either directly through the POS or via the app, eliminating the need for a physical card.

In this tutorial, we will guide you step by step in creating your stamp program using the Yalt platform.

  1. In the Yalt Dashboard, navigate to the "Loyalty Program" menu.

  2. Click on the "+Create a loyalty program" option.

  3. In the first menu, select the "Stamp Card" option.

  4. Set the parameters for your card, such as the Reward to offer, the Points for Redemption, Offer Title, and a Description of your program.

  5. You can create additional rewards for your customers in the "Intermediate Rewards" menu.

  6. Next, you can customize the colors of your digital card, including colors, logo, or image, which will be visible in the Yalt app.

  7. In the "Activation" menu, select all the options you want to activate for your Loyalty Program.

  8. In the "Controls" menu, you can set the minimum purchase amount required to earn points, define when the points will be available to the customer, and set a deadline for their use.
